Our fourth leader in five weeks with the CFJs taking over following a win over the Artisans. Alexis Mac Allister scored twice to put Ben ahead but the Cows took the points with cleans from Kilman and Ait-Nouri. Trusted lost top spot after a 1-1 draw with YTFIB, Leandro Trossard’s goal levelled by Nathan Collins’ clean for Julian.

The Wateringhole Society bounced back from their loss last week with a 5-1 win at the Aardvarks. Another own goal, Luke Thomas this week. put Ady on the back foot but Ivan Toney starred for Kiran with a hat-trick. Fred is fourth but was held 1-1 by Wheel Madrid. Luis Sinisterra struck for the Gardeners,  Leon Bailey replied for Paul.

Stanley and Gracie United could be this season’s ‘difficult to predict’ team. They secured an excellent 4-2 win over Claymore with Ben Chilwell turning the game in Aaron’s favour - coming off the bench to score and also tee up Kai Havertz late on. The Muppets are seventh after a 2-2 draw with Mega Bucks. Ryan’s team were two up (yes, Erling Haaland scored one) but Dave hit back with a Michail Antonio goal and an Alisson clean.

Markian and San Dimas drew 1-1 to leave those teams in 12th and 10th respectively. My team thankful for a dodgy VAR decision and a Tyrick Mitchell clean, Harry Kane scored for Ian. Nil Satis won 2-1 at Cheese Makers to climb off the bottom and put Matthew’s team in that place. Bryan Mbeumo put Cheese Makers ahead with ten minutes left but Paul’s team got the win with cleans from Botman and Patterson.
