Transfer records continue to fall

The new season is just hours away and managers have been splashing the cash in a bid to make this year a great one.

Nil satis broke their transfer record spending £20m on Henrikh Mkhitaryan and YTFIB went through the £10m barrier for the first time when lashing out £13 on Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

New boss Paul W bought 15 new players in a bid to his his stamp on the new team and get them off to a good start.

But the money wasn't all going out. Nil Satis received £47.5m for John Stones from Manchester City breaking his fee received record for the second time this summer.  Stones is the sixth most lucrative exit from the league.
