Fred stay top after an extraordinary 5-5 draw with the Artisans. 3-1 to the Gardeners after 21 minutes (a Taiwo Awoniyi brace doing the damage) Ben had pulled it back to 4-3 at the break with the assistance of a Jason Steele own goal. Alexis Mac Allister bundled in an equaliser with 11 minutes to go only for Benoit Badiashile to put Fred back in front three minutes later. The last word went to Artisans cup-winning scorer Craig Dawson who got the equalising clean. That opened the door for the CFJs to join Fred on 60 points but the Cows could only get a goalless draw against Mega Bucks.

Going into their home game against YTFIB the Wateringhole had lost four of their previous five. That poor run looked like continuing as Ilkay Gundogan fired Julian 2-0 up inside half an hour. Kiran must have read the riot act to his team at the break as two from Harvey Barnes, a Bernd Leno saved penalty and a Nelson Semedo clean turned that deficit into a 4-2 win.The Artisans are only keeping Trusted behind them courtesy of goals scored. Beef's team got past Nil Satis 2-0 this week thanks to an early Conor Gallagher goal and Thilo Kehrer clean.

Stanley and Gracie are a point further back after beating Markian 3-1. Harry Kane headed Ian ahead in first half injury time but an unlucky Fabian Schar own goal levelled the game. James Ward-Prowse fired Aaron in front from the spot six minutes into injury time and Virgil van Dijk’s clean finished the game off. The Aardvarks missed the chance to join the Artisans and Trusted on 44 points and needed a Ben White clean to grab a point after James Maddison’s late penalty had put Wheels ahead.

San Dimas are top of the bottom half after beating the Muppets 3-1. Said Benrahma’s tame shot gave me the lead in the first half and Dwight McNeil added a second half double. Down in the bottom three Claymore and Cheese Makers drew 1-1. The scoring was over inside 18 minutes. Toti Gomes’ header for Clive cancelled out by Carlos Vinicius’ shot from the edge of the box for Matthew.
