Would you believe it? Ady is top on alphabetical order!

Previous leaders Final Fantasy were held 1-1 by Cheese Makers, Yaya Toure kneeing on from close range after a Brad Guzan saved penalty gave Matthew an early lead. The end of Ceri's 100% record opened the door for the Muppets to go top but they were on the wrong end of a 4-1 beating by San Dimas. Libor Kozak got his first WSFFL goal for me but the lead lasted less than a minute when Ravel Morrison's shot took a deflection and flew in. The second half was all my team though with Dejan Lovren scoring and getting a clean while Romelu Lukaku powered in a header with five minutes left.

Those two results meant that an Aardvark win over the Parrots would give Ady a shot at top spot. In the end it was fairly routine. Robbie Brady scored midway through the first half and Petr Cech finished things with a clean. With points, difference, goals scored and cancelled cleans all level it comes down to the alphabet. At the other end, the Parrots really haven't clicked this season and are now bottom. Kevin's FCK2 are back to winning ways after edging Mega Bucks. Nathan Dyer's goal early in the second period put FCK2 ahead but Mark Noble levelled from the penalty spot for Dave on 76 minutes. Five minutes later Noble was dismissed and the highly-rated Luke Shaw got the winning clean.

The Fabulous Artisans added to the reigning champions' wos with a 3-2 win. The CFJs had gone ahead through Michu inside two minutes but a brace from Loic Remy had Ben in front by the break. Sone Aluko's volley put the Artisans out of reach and Chico's clean for Chris was a consolation. If the CFJs are struggling what about Claymore? Clive's team fell to another defeat, 3-1 at home to Trusted. Stephane Sessegnon notched from close range after 20 minutes to open the scoring and it took Clive more than 50 minutes to square the match through Bacary Sagna's looping header. Parity lasted less than five minutes though as Liam Ridgewell scored for Beef and Michael Dawson's clean completed the victory.

Nil Satis picked up their first win of the season, 2-1 at Athletico Phoenix. Aaron Ramsey is finally looking like the player Paul thought he'd bought and fired Nil Satis ahead on five minutes. Per Mertersacker glanced Brian level before the break but Oscar restored Paul's lead from close range early in the second half. An RvP-less Phoenix failed to find an equaliser. Struggling YTFIB and Fred fought out a 1-1 draw. Samir Nasri's volley early in the second half gave Julian the lead but Paulinho's clever backheel right at the death earned Fred a point.
