I wonder if we're weeding down the challengers to four after this week. Clive stays top and put eight points between himself and Ben when beating the Artisans 2-1. It took cleans from Bacary Sagna and David Luiz to turn this in Clive's favour. The Muppets are second after denting the CFJs chances. Early goals from Fabio Borini from the spot and Daniel Sturridge winning it for Ryan.

Trusted are third after a win over the Aardvarks which leaves Ady six points adrift. This could be an FA Cup Final rehearsal and a goal like Jay Rodriguez produced would be a fitting winner in any competition. San Dimas were the only member of the top seven not playing another but completely missed the opportunity to make inroads losing 3-0 to Mega Bucks. Two goals from Charlie Adam (the second a 'worldy') more than enough to do for me.

The Phoenix have missed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for most of the season and the midfielder burst back onto the scene to add two goals to one from Robin van Persie and beat Cheese Makers 3-2. Kevin Mirallas brilliant free-kick for Matthew counting for nothing. Nil Satis edged out Fred 2-1. Paul trailed to a Paulinho goal but Steven Naismith and a Nathaniel Clyne clean sealed Paul's first league win since week 11.

Kevin Nolan has been more notable for red cards than goals this season but two first-half strikes set Kevin up for a rare win over the Parrots.  We had another possible FA Cup Final rehearsal in Final Fantasy v YTFIB. Absolutely nothing happened.
