Bit of separation at the top of the league now. Clive followed the win against San Dimas with a 3-1 win over Final Fantasy. Curiously enough through the same scorers, Giroud (2) and Yoshida. Ceri found a reply through Yaya Toure with 20 minutes left but couldn't find any more. The match between the second and third placed teams went the way of the Muppets. Daniel Sturridge got another two, I think moving him to the top of this season's goalscoring charts, but it was Laurent Koscielny that picked up what proved to be the winner. Jordan Henderson's brace for Beef not enough on this occasion.

The CFJs are three points further back after beating YTFIB 2-0. Chris's team still not convincing though and needed cleans from Fabricio Coloccini and new signing Joseph Yobo to get the points. The Aardvarks are fifth but it was another draw for Ady. His team fell two down to a Wilfried Bony brace for Fred but cleans from Vincent Kompany and Alex Bruce meant the Aldi Arena side grabbed a point.

San Dimas are on the slide now and went down 2-1 to Nil Satis. Nikica Jelavic has found his goalscoring boots at last and got both goals for Paul's team. Maynor Figueroa's clean a consolation for me. Another team in desperate form are the Artisans and Ben's team were thumped 5-1 by Cheese Makers. This was level at 90 minutes, Loic Remy's calm finish levelling Jake Livermore's goal but Matthew then rolled out the clean sheets from Tim Krul, James Chester, Nemanja Viic and Sebastian Bassong for a comprehensive win.

Athletico's recent good run was halted by FCK2 who are on a bit of a roll themselves. Carlton Cole opened the scoring for Kevin from a melee before Robin van Persie bagged Brian's equaliser from the spot just after the hour. Kevin Nolan's overhead effort put FCK2 back in front nine minutes later and a last minute goal, perhaps fortuitously credited to John Terry, completed the win. mega Bucks had also been on a run but that came crashing down at home to the lowly Parrots. Clean sheets from Mike Wiiliamson and the recently maligned Kolo Toure gave Dean a first league win in nine.
