After finishing runners-up in the previous two seasons, Claymore are celebrating their second title in four years.

Clive got the point he needed in a 2-2 draw with closest rivals Fred West. Sergio Aguero won't score many easier than his opener on three minutes when the beneficiary of a scuffed clearance and former Fred defender Alex Kolarov doubled the Claymore lead on 66 Minutes, finding a gap in his former teammates' defensive wall with a 25 yard free-kick. Nacer Chadli got Fred back into it four minutes later when proving too strong for the Claymore rearguard and firing into the far corner. Craig Dawson got the equalising clean but the Gardeners couldn't find the winner that would have prolonged the title race.

The Phoenix are in third after a 3-1 win at the Aardvarks. James McCarthy opened the scoring for Ady on five minutes after skipping through the Athletico defence. Brian's team turned it round after the break. Dame N'Doye levelled with a tap-in and scored on the breakaway as time expired. Carl Jenkinson's clean made the game safe. The Muppets are fourth but were outplayed by the CFJs, going down 3-1. Graziano Pelle has finally awoken from his quiet spell and got two for Chris , the second a superb header, either side of a Gylfi Sigurddson strike. Any hopes FCK2 had of getting involved in the title picture have been ruined by draws and there was another one this week, 0-0 against Trusted who are also on 42 points.

San Dimas edged Nil Satis thanks to a Dejan Lovren clean in a game that won't live long in the memory. The Dead Parrots scored! Twice! But still lost. Nelson Oliveira opened his WSFFL account on the stroke of half time for Dean against the Artisans and Jack Cork doubled the lead with 20 minutes left. The Artisans hit back with three clean sheets to extend Dean's losing streak.

Final Fantasy won the Okus derby but Dave will be ruing Charlie Austin's penalty miss. Ceri's team went in front on 20 minutes when Ayoze Perez latched on to a defensive mix-up and despite the spot-kick miss the Bandits were level seven minutes later with a Charlie Adam rocket. Clint Hill's clean proved the Final Fantasy winner and it's Dave doing the washing up at Okus Stadium for the next week. Worse than that, YTFIB now have the same number of points at the bottom. Cheese Makers took the lead with a quarter of an hour left when Kevin Mirallas beat the offside trap and slotted home but Julian turned it round thanks to cleans from Pauls McShane and Konchesky. Could YTFIB yet escape the bottom place?

Clive has seen off another potential title rival with a 2-0 win over Trusted. Only Fred and (in extremely unlikely circumstances) Athletico can now stop Claymore.

Sergio Aguero's first half opener set up the win against Beef and Alex Kolarov got a clean to make it 2-0 at the end. Fred kept his hopes alive with a 7-0 win over a depleted Final Fantasy. Leo Ulloa and Nacer Chadli broke recent goal droughts and Eden Hazard notched his tenth of the season before the break. There was a stack of cleans for the Gardeners too. If Athletico win their last five games and Claymore lose their last five, and there's a 20 goal turnround then Brian could possibly win the title. His game with the CFJs this week was postponed due to... ooh, let's say, a Spanish air traffic control strike.

The Muppets are third after edging San Dimas 1-0 thanks to a Martin DeMichelis clean. FCK2 needed a last minute Harry Kane goal to get a point at Mega Bucks after a late Charlie Adam goal might have won it for Dave. He'll be glad of that point as YTFIB shocked the Aardvarks. Fabian Delph got the only goal that gives Julian an outside chance of not finishing bottom.

The Artisans brought Cheese Makers winning streak to an end. Kevin Mirallas opened the scoring for Matthew but the revitalised Christian Benteke levelled before the break and Christian Eriksen got the winner eight minutes into the second period. Nil Satis and the Parrots ended 0-0. Dean stopped his defensive rot but is now struggling at the other end is five games without a goal.

Claymore reacted to their heavy defeat last week in the best possible way (as far as Clive is concerned) with a big beating of the Parrots. Aaron Cresswell scored a superb free-kick on seven minutes, Sergio Aguero added a second a minute later to set up the win and Cesc Fabregas and Aguero added further goals in the last three minutes. That's scored seven, conceded 34 for Dean's team in the last 12 matches.

Clive's win was backed up by his pursuers failing to pick up victories. Fred stayed second but lost 2-1 to a CFJs team that have suddenly remembered how to play. Aaron Lennon scored four minutes from the break and Graziano Pelle's first for ages clinched the points for Chris ten minutes from time. Trusted were whacked 4-0 by the Aardvarks who went AWOL in the winter but are seemingly back to their best. Glenn Murray nodded in three minutes into the second half and Joe Allen lashed in a rare goal on 70 minutes. Two cleans finished Beef off and he's also lost Victor Moses for the season.

FCK2 were another team to slip up going down 4-2 to Cheese Makers. Matthew has got the best out of Juan Mata in recent weeks and now Ashley Young (with his first of the season) and Marouane Fellaini seem reborn too and their goals helped the Cheesers to a fifth win in a row.Without Diego Costa and Robin van Persie Athletico couldn't find a goal against YTFIB and Julian's Marko Arnautovic nicked the winner deep in injury time.

The Muppets ended Ben's recent good run thanks to a host of clean sheets. Raheem Sterling's smart finish had Ryan ahead inside ten minutes but the in-form Christian Benteke and a Jonjo Shelvey penalty put the Artisans in front. Then Ryan lined up his cleans from Koscielny, Moreno, Bellerin and Aldeweireld to turn the game on its head. Unlucky Ben. Nil Satis round off the top half, Aaron Ramsey's early goal the only thing of any note to happen in Paul's win over Mega Bucks. San Dimas are top of the bottom half after a big win over Final Fantasy. Yannick Bolasie's 11-minute second-half hat-trick broke the back of this one and Connor Wickham's late goal for Ceri was mere consolation.

Claymore sank to a disappointing defeat this week but Clive now needs just four wins from his last six games after his rivals slipped up too.

Nil Satis are having a decent season despite (or maybe because of) a lack of interference from their manager but I don't think anyone was expecting a 5-1 victory for them over their 'bluenose' rivals. Bafetimbi Gomis got two more for Paul and although Olivier Giroud puled one back for Claymore a bunch of clean sheets handed Clive his first defeat this year. The Gardeners are second but could only draw with YTFIB. Fred had been two up in this one - Eden Hazard's spot-kick followed by Jermain Defoe's superb volley before the break. The game was level five minutes into the second period though, Julian hitting back though Jason Puncheon's free-kick and a scruffy Paul McShane effort.

Trusted and Athletico fought out a draw that doesn't really help either of them. Victor Anichebe bagged his first of the season for Brian and might get a few more opportunities with Diego Costa limping off. Jordan Henderson's cool penalty 15 minutes from time ensured the game ended even. FCK2 also failed to close in going down 3-0 to the Muppets. Esteban Cambiasso, Cheik Kouyate and Hector Bellerin all got first half goals for Ryan who also managed to keep Harry Kane quiet.

The Aardvarks clocked up their biggest win of the season when brushing aside the Parrots 6-0. Ady's team blew their title chance over the winter but it all clicked this week with Ander Herrera scoring twice and Phil Jagielka got a goal and a clean too. It's Dean's biggest defeat this season and his last six games now read scored three, conceded 17. The CFJs picked up only their second win this year when crushing San Dimas 4-0. Two excellent goals before the break from Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez set Chris up for the win and my team had nothing to offer in response.

The Artisans recent run of good form continues with another win. Ben's side overcame Final Fantasy this week with all the action coming in the second half. Loic Remy's opener for Ben was cancelled by Yaya Toure but a returning to form Christian Benteke put the Artisans in front and Leighton Baines got the clinching clean. The Manager of the Month award didn't jinx Matthew as his team got their fourth win in a row. Charlie Austin scored another one for Mega Bucks to give him a shout for the Golden Boot but the Cheese Makers got the points through Ki and Mee.
