The Muppets continue at the top after a 1-0 win over outgoing champions the Aardvarks. Lewis Miley was the unlikely scorer for Ryan’s team. Trusted are up to second after coasting to a 6-1 win over Nil Satis. Alexander Isak scored two in two minutes but pick of Beef’s goals was Omari Hutchinson’s first time left foot effort.

The Wateringhole Society beat the CFJs in the Cup last week and repeated the treatment in the league, 4-3 this time. The CFJs were 3-1 up after 26 minutes but second half goals from Gini Rutter, Kaoru Mitoma and a winner from Dejan Kulusevski six minutes from time keep Kiran’s team very much in the title race. Cheese Makers drop to fourth after being held 3-3 by the Artisans. Matthew’s team seemed in control just after the hour when Nikola Milenkovic converted a backheel flick to make it 3-1 but Ben’s team grabbed a point through cleans by Lamare Bogarde and Marc Guehi.

SGU are up to fifth following their 3-1 win at YTFIB. Enzo Fernandez, Christian Norgaard and Dominik Szoboszlai all netted in the first half for Aaron. Markian join SGU and the CFJs on 33 points after a 2-1 win at Mega Bucks. Ryan Yates gave Dave the lead in the last minute only for Pedro Porro and Maxence Lacroix to get the cleans to give Ian the points.

GC TotW round out the top half after going down 3-2 at Claymore. Goals from Abdoulaye Doucoure, Matheus Cunha and Daniel Munoz proving too much for Ollie’s injury-hit squad. Wheel Madrid lifted themselves off the bottom by beating San Dimas 1-0. Djed Spence’s deflected shot with 13 minutes left was Paul W’s match winner.
